a couple of my obsessions and some excitement
Last week I was late to kattys one night and totally missed a jam at beths another night. Wanna know why..? THE FRIGGING GYMNASTICS WAS ON, and i just couldn’t leave! I don’t know why i love it so much but whenever i watch it I’m pulled in and I start shouting at the tv and gasping and cringing when something goes wrong or a gymnast falls. I enjoy both the mens and the womens gymnastics but there is one thing that pisses me off, the when you watch the mens its like bish-bash-bosh, tumble after tumbleand acrobatic move after acrobatic move, but the in the womens category the have to integrate stupid dance moves which in my opinion makes them look like absolute plonkers. After doing an amazing selection of flips, they stop to wave their arms to the music!!!???!!! I admit that when they do like pirouettes it looks pretty damn cool, i just don’t like it when they do like a bum shuffle and do stupid dance moves, also why is it compulsory for the women and not the men? Why do the men not start doing the worm in their routines? I dont know, it probs doesnt bother anyone else but me………..
Another obsession of mine is………MUSICALS, i love the cheese, i love the dancing and i love the singing. This particular obsession pisses the hell out of my family as, i play the songs loudly and sing along, Ella gets particularly pissed and usually ends up shouting at me, which of course only makes me sing louder. On my old Ipod (RIP) I even had a playlist dedicated to songs from musicals….. this post just makes me look like a sad looser doesn’t it…… anywhooooo, as a result of my musical obsession i love love love the program GLEE, tis too coool. Peeps bare need to watch it, its really funny and has quite a dark humor.
OMG can’t actually believe it, JAPAN TOMOZ!!!!!! whhhhoooooooppppp. Packed today, with the help of my mum, if she didn’t remind me of what to bring i dont know what i would do. I am nervous because of the whole staying with a random family thing and most probs trying to hold awkward convos, and im obvs excited because it is a once in a lifetime oppertunity and I still cant really comprehend the fact that im going. I will try and take loads of photos of cool Japanese stuff.
